It's been a while...

I've always been a strong advocate of taking your own time to discover, ponder and do things, so I've learnt and got used to having moments of radio silence, either with myself or from others. There is nothing more natural than following your own rythm, and if the world around you allows it, taking all the time you need to BE and DO you!

So the last few months have turned out to be my retreat, not from work or other essential commitments, rather from a mindset that used to be just tailored for One, to a new universe that's been opening up in front of me, now revolving around Three:

Correction! It's gone from Two to Four, because there is unquestionable certainty in the shared equality with a Partner becoming a Father.

Over the last few months my thoughts have gone more than ever before to all the mothers I've helped and I'm still helping live their lives relieved of some chores that, I truly realise now, can feel like real burdens, physically and mentally. I already had great empathy for the added "weight" of looking after a family and a household, all the while having a job to go to, I'd also like to think there was always a lot of compassion in my desire to lift whatever I could of that weight off their shoulders and into my own office briefcase.

The only difference is that now there is a new feeling that makes it into the service I provide, and that's the inexplicable sense that helping others I'm helping myself too, there is added inclusiveness, shared bandwidth and genuinely pure emotion. It's splendid! And I'm excited to carry on, whether personally or through team collaboration.

However, make no mistake: the support Mye PA offers to clients is genderless, classless, and tailored to each and any individual personal status and needs.

You just might be pleased to know there is now even more love from me in it!
