As work life goes back to its pre-Covid pace, some of the rituals we picked up last year when time seemed to be endless, are now becoming a chore or a struggle even. These three very brief videos will hopefully allow you to integrate quick energizing, strengthening and relaxing exercises in the whirldwind of your day (or night) and restore wellbeing for the body and the mind.
